I'm 29 years old, and I currently live in Southern Illinois, a little ways outside of Carbondale. Just wrapped up my college life after long bit of a break, and I'm currently at work on my first novel, and putting the finishing touches on my latest stage play.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My brother turned me onto this site, and I thought it was one of the most fantastic ideas I had ever seen. I live alone in a two bedroom apt., so the decision was easy to make to get signed up on here and have a go at this. I'm hoping to participate by being a good host, and making new friends. In the next year or two I am hoping to travel some myself, and this seemed like a wonderful way to make contacts wherever I may roam to!
