ABOUT ME
Quick summary of my past. I was born in Philadelphia, PA, moved to central Connecticut after a few months, and lived there for the rest of my life, other than going to school in Atlanta for 4 years. After graduating I lived in Cape Town, South Africa for 7 months. Then after a lot of thinking and talking to people and researching, but mostly on a whim, I decided to move to Saigon, settle down, and get a job in frontier market investing. Some people don't get it, but I just wanted to pick up and drop down in some place that was as far removed from the US, but still had a possible job or two in my field, and see if I could get a job and establish myself there. Time will tell.
PHILOSOPHY
I haven't lived long enough to claim that I have a constant life philosophy. I could take a lot of quotes or general paraphrased ideas, but the truth is my philosophies are ever-changing. As long as I am open-minded, these philosophies will come together eventually.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Couchsurfers were some of the first people I met in Saigon, and many are now my closest friends here. I don't have a place yet, but when I do, if there is room, I look forward to hosting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My only couchsurfing experience is my current extended stay on Dave an Erica's couch in District 1. I am sleeping downstairs with the constant flow of couchsurfers, entertaining them, letting them in and out of the dungeon, and comforting them in times of sorrow.
Interests
I am interested in new things, experiences, people, places, ideas, music, books, movies, foods, drinks, etc. I will try or do just about anything, as long as it's not completely retarded and just to say that I did it.
I also love anything that is old but good enough to withstand the test of time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A lunar rainbow over Victoria Falls. This happens on a clear night when there is a full moon and the water level is high. The moon reflects on the mist and there is a clear rainbow over/in the falls. Shit's crazy I tell you.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a lover, student, and- if need be- a teacher of music. I would be thrilled to enlighten you on the wide range of music I listen to and love, and you can enlighten me on your musical tastes. I also could teach you to play the drums, but I don't have a drumset, so we will have to get creative.
