CURRENT MISSION

Once upon a time, I was one of those who wanted to change the world.
Now that I am a little bit wiser, humile, self confident and conscious, and that I have less energy than when I was 17 ;-) , I discovered that I have the simple and difficult mission of living MY own life (and that sometimes this is enough to make big changes around).

ABOUT ME

I am on my 40s, I am trying to give more time and energy to activities, people and things I really love and that really nourish me and make me develop.
I am also simplifying my life, select more people I spend time with, clear my house etc.
I realized that I don't need much stuff nor many activities to live and be happy, no, something is necessary, sure, but then it is what I do and how and where and with whom, that make the difference.

I am curious, quite open minded, not attached to ideas, I like playing like a kid, dancing, singing, drawing, painting, making music with simple instruments (I am not a musician unfortuntely).
I have a creative and artistic approach and sensibility, so I like the beauty , of nature and people and things, simplycity, silence and good music, the sounds of nature.
I am very sensitive to colors and environments.
I try to be respectful with people and I like to be respected.

If a person is kind to me, I normally am kind with this person, no matter the color the age the attitude etc.

I try not to judge.

I tend to let people be free to be themselves and I don't want to be told what to do or how to dress or what to think, so I don't do it with people (now).

*try to forget and forgive the past, live the present and not be too much worried for the future*
* stop complaining all day long; I am definitely tired of adults who have some problems like verybody has (we are human beings) but spending the full day complaying. Please be creative and respectful, I can be a good leastener for some minutes but after a while I just can't and there are professionals who are able to help much better than me* (you know that after 20 minutes of leastening to a person who complains, the part of the brain which can solve problems simply stops working ???)
* be smart and ask for good help if you need*
*learn from the past, don't judge it nor yourself*

no matter the reason I am travelling for, I always look for Locals, it is the best way of getting in touch with the soul of the place I am in.
I like to share, as well as I like to stay sometimes on my own, and be hosted from a person who live in the place I want to explore, is the best. I've always had good experiences and met interesting people.

I myself hosted many many people from all over the world with HELP-X net, for 5 years, when I was living in a property in the countryside and I had more space and activities to propose, so I know the pros and cons of hosting as well as being hosted, and I am am quite used to it. I mean I hope I can be a good guest.

enjoy life, nature, the sea, animals, flowers, perfumes, music, armony, good and healthy and inspiring relationships, dancing, painting ..murals (Street art) bdrawing, sculpting, telling stories trough writing, nature, harvesting wild plants and flowers and seeds to cook my recipies and prepare parfumed teas,..., veg gardening to eat sometimes my own vegs,...eating better but without fanatism, body soft work (pilates, feldenkrais, etc).

many Others, how can I tell you?
I am writing a book myself. and short stories.
I like music, various artists and stiles.there is a kind of music for each mood !

I also like the sound of silence and the sound of nature, expecially of waters.
I like watching movies with people I love, during the stormy nights, when outside it's raining a lot. My favorites: comedies (I like laughing) , adventure.

*midnight swimming in the Indian Ocean, where it melts into the Arabic Sea, with its waters lighted by billions of stars - the planctonic lights...in the Yemeni island of Soqotra

* watching a big Leopard slowly moving in the grass in Africa, NgorNgoro.
* whatching stars from the tent where I sometimes sleep when I go to the field which will host my new eco-house.
* working on behalf of the EU, in South East Asia, making friends for life.
* discovered I still can speak and read a little french even though I studied it at school when I was 11 - more then 20 years ago!
* building my own eco-house
* recovering from some big health problems, always with more will to live !
