Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet people from around the world without leaving the comfort of my living room
ABOUT ME
I hang out and like kubeh soup.
I just returned from a two-month trip in the US and Ecuador, which renewed my faith and commitment to couchsurfing!! My roommate has still not seen the light, so I need to be selective; complete profiles and thoughtful requests are obviously a good idea.
PHILOSOPHY
Turns out, I'm culinary fanatic. Who knew?
Since I first wrote that, I've mellowed out a bit. But I still get really excited when there is new seasonal fruit in the market.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host people in Jerusalem, show them around the city, cook yummy meals, have interesting conversations and hang out.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Great conversations are awesome. I've even managed to have a few without actually speaking the same language....

Music, Movies, and Books
Sure, sure, plenty. I often go see movies (ahem, films) at the Jerusalem cinematheque. I read a lot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I dropped out of high-school, moved half way around the world (and back, and back again, and again) on my own and somehow it all worked out!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach knitting, environmental songs, Photoshop and InDesign, Hebrew, how to read a map and how to make a killer cheesecake. I'd love to learn more Turkish.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I like cooking meals and sharing food. I don't like talking politics.
