ABOUT ME

I come from a big active family (4 brothers and 1 sister) and therefor I'm used to take care of my own and go my own way.. but also (when I'm at home) to spend good times with my family!
Since I was 7 I've been very into music; I play the piano and bassoon and since a couple of weeks the Cello!
Besides music I like to go on trips by mountainbike or to go for a climb whenever I'm in a mountainous area. Unfortunately in Holland there aren't any mountains, so I've got a good excuse to go and find some;)
The last couple of years I've been moving a lot, just to find out what are my interests and what could be a possible place for me to live!
I lived in Belgium for a while f.e., went to Austria during winter to work as a ski teacher and went to France to work on a campsite and to improve my French. Since the end of august I live in Brussels and work as a 'half au-pair'. As this city is completey new to me, I'm looking for other students/travellers/couchsurfers who are new too or already know Brussels to find out where to go and have a good time:)

And me as a person..I'm curious about music, people and different ways of living. I enjoy a good read from time to time and love to catch a movie or just hang out with friends. I can be on the background a bit in new situations, but this changes quickly once I know someone. I dream about my own little business in France or Africa but before that I just want to enjoy my younger years!;)

What I would say is; get ur ass moving! life is too short to try/do nothing;)
