Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling many times and I know how accomodation considerably reduce your budget. I am happy to lend a couch to enable you to fully enjoy the money you've got to visit and learn about the people and the place you are visiting. I am convinced that CS is an adventure where everyone learn something.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the chance to welcome few CS members for my warming house party and I have to admit that it was really great. I moved recently to Paris in a nice tiny flat.

Music: I listen to nearly everything. It depends on what I am doing. In a party, commercial stuffs; in my flat for a bit of crazy dancing, rap, ragga, salsa,english pop; in my flat for a break, classical; and in my car, rock. I can't really give artists, as I generally like one or two songs in an album so the list would be huge :-)

Books: I am not really a litterature fan. I prefer books giving you information about hobbies you like or photograph books as I really like photography and recently I have been interested in books giving you information about how to understand yourself and people. I had a strange feeling about those when I picked one up for the first time and finally there is quite a lot to learn and it is really interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got impressed by things that you don't think that a person could do. I have recently seen a video on YouTube showing Aaron Fotheringham passing the first double backflip in wheelchair (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7p8kG24_El0&feature=related). Really impressive !! Just think to all his tries and all the time he failed, he just kept trying!! Basically, I am really impressed by people who can push their body and mind to the limit.
