ABOUT ME

Well, we are two in this project. Me (Florent) and Marion. We will be leaving France on the 10th of January 2009 for a world trip! Most of the countries we are planning to visit are stated in my profile. Marion will be with me from New Zealand to Japan for approximately 7 months, and I plan to visit Russia, Mongolia and Eastern Countries by myself.

We are very excited about this project and a bit anxious as well. How is it gonna be? What kind of people and cultures are we gonna discover? One thing is sure, we really want to encounter other cultures and other ways of life and meet as numerous travelers, locals etc... as possible.

Concerning Marion: I am a 25 years old woman. I am fond of modern arts, interior design and chocolate! I am currently working as a sales manager at Le Printemps (luxury goods) in Paris.

Concerning Florent: I am a 25 years old man from a big family (2 sisters and 2 brothers). I've been saving money for over a year for this project by working at La Poste (equivalent of Royal mail and other European Posts). I love extreme sports and adventures. I have practiced Judo for over 12 years. I also enjoy philosophy. My motto is: "I do not always know where I am, but I am never lost"

After this project, we would love to return the favour and invite those who welcomed us, as well as other travelers from around the world.
