ABOUT ME

I grew up on a farm and then to moved to Memphis for college. Lived there for around 7 years and now I'm in West TN around the Memphis area. I just graduated NOLS's Wilderness Medicine Institute as a Wilderness EMT. I love the outdoors, and backcountry living. I'm a decent cook, musician, artist, conversationlist and free spirit. I like living in the moment and enjoying every bit of what life has to offer everyday. There doesn't seem to be a point to be sad in this life that we live.I began playing music when I was 9, with the piano, and have been ever since. I have recorded a small blues EP with some friends in Des Moines and it went really well. I also enjoy photography and tattoos. I am often joked because I want to do everything. Life is all about perspective and not missing the little things. Peace and love is the best way to go. In the end, all you got to do is be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have had the opportunity of hosting many different amazing people and have surfed with some as well. This is a great community of people pulled together over the concept of helping someone else and its incredible. The energy that couchsurfers bring with them in to the home is amazing. Every person that I have meet has been extremely nice and have always had a good time with them.

Couchsurfing is great! Made awesome connections with people and I have had some great times that could not have been possible without this community.Not one bad expirience. I meet people all the time that can't believe that i do this, but I can't believe that they don't.

Interests

I enjoy drawing, painting, playing music, traveling, taking pictures, backpacking, outdoors, cycling, getting lost, making new friends, looking for a good time, camping, living without the concept of time, and letting life expiriences unfold naturally.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been playing music for a while and have a fairly decent grasp on it. Currently I can play piano, guitar, bass, and drums. I can also play the blues so if you would like to learn to play music I'm sure I can manage it. Or if you'd like to hear a few of my songs, think I can manage that as well.
