ABOUT ME
33 y/o. i'm addicted to music and books and films. i want to know things. i like to learn. i want to understand why things work the way they do, and i like to make stuff myself. i get upset when someone argues with mere opinions. i like it better when it's cold than when it's hot, but it has to be dry, please. i can't sit still once the music starts. i can become enthousiastic about almost everything. i am good with animals but not with plants, and i am not so sure about humans.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

walking parts of the westhighlandway in scotland with the most stupid accidents. breathing the air, seeing the hills and lakes, meeting funny people, experiencing the whole trip.

standing beside the anaesthetist during an open-heart surgery and watching everything. there are no words to describe the beauty of this beating heart and the amazing work of the surgeons. and the same for brain surgery. why would anyone do drugs when there are things like these?

dissolving at concerts, not being able to feel anything that isn't music.

seeing the northern lights in iceland. they came up and i ran outside not bothering to take anything with me, and then stood there for 20 min in the middle of the night at degrees below the freezing point with just a shirt on, and i couldn't have cared less. most beautiful thing i have ever seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach a bit of dancing (tap and contemporary) or kickboxing and tell you something about the human brain or about good movies.

i would like to improve my knitting skills. and to learn how to take good photographs.
