I am an easygoing person, and always have a positive view. Oh, I can't remember when was the last time I got angry. Maybe six years ago? I have my sense of humor, but I'm not hilarious. Sometimes I appear to be shy to new people. But when you get to know me, you'll find me interesting!

Interests

Oh, I'm curious about everything. I like reading, thinking, traveling, and learning from other people. I also enjoying writing (in Chinese). Other interests include: astronomy, egyptology, psychoanalysis, (nature) photography, languages, music (mainly classical), sci-fi, traveling, outdooring, animals and plant.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I grew up in Beijing, China until I was 18, when I traveled alone to the US with but a scholarship letter from an American university. I survived. Two years later I traveled alone to Norway without knowing a single Norwegian word. Let's see what life will present me this time...

I like challenges. I have been in the Chinese army; to the extreme glaciers in the north; down in the waters of the Bermuda triangle, etc. I think they are pretty cool. But everytime when I get to know a new person, I always found that she/he has also done some cool things that I've never heard of. Everyone is special, isn't it?

Teach, Learn, Share

I've traveled and lived in different places, and I'd love to talk about my stories and opinions, and listening to yours. If you are interested in Chinese culture, I have a lot to share. I can also teach you some Chinese, greeting or swear words, you choose. I'm also an amateur photographer. I can show you the pictures I have taken from all over the world. If you were hosting me, and don't mind a smoky kitchen, I can make you some real, authentic Chinese food:)
