I'm really into nerd podcasts and listening to anything you can dance West Coast Swing to (which is pretty much anything in 4/4 timing).

Hands down the scariest thing I've ever done in my entire life is drive a motorbike around the north part of Vietnam for a week. I nearly died on multiple occasions. It. Was. Scary.
