ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old, outgoing guy with an open outlook on life. I spend my days working to save money to travel. I love socialising and meeting new people, especially in bars and clubs.

I believe a full life is comprised of experiences so endevour to make every encounter a positive one!

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life one day at a time, spontaneousness is key. I want to see as much of the world as possible before I die.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed all over America and hope that by being a good surfer that the hosts I stayed with will recommend couch surfing to other potential hosts to become a part of.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I said above, I have couch surfed across North America and Canada meeting a wide variety of people from all walks of life. From meeting a genuine faerie in Philadelphia to an almost couch surfing hostel in Chicago it has been a diverse and interesting experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

Will Ferrel movies, particularly Anchorman, Old School - on the comedy side of things

I also enjoy movies that make you think, though I have an awful habit of trying to second guess what is going to happpen! I'm a big Family Guy fan and have recently been dipping into some American Dad... Dexter as well is up there with my favourite TV shows, although I don't usually watch much.

I have quite an ecelectic music taste ranging from rock, dance, hip hop to indie, but my heart really lies with music you can rock out to!

I dont read as much as I should, I do write a lot though, in particular lyrics or short bursts of thought processes at a particular moment in time. If I am reading it will usually be fantasy based, Lord of the Rings, American Gods, Orcs, the Sandman books (albeit graphic novels!) My favourite author though is most likely Dr Seuss, legend!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing on stage at the Mean Fiddler in London performing with my band to a crowd of 1000 people is about as good as it has got for me so far. Outside of travelling my other passion is rocking out live, and this was something else!

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach someone cocktail making having bar tended for around 8 years. I could then also help them drink our experiments.

There is loads of stuff I would like to learn, most of all surfing! Considering I've just moved to the coast my only excuse is the weather. I am however travelling Australia and New Zealand next year so hopefully I'll be able to learn in some warmer waters there!
