I am a co-op kind of person, i work at a co-op and i try to integrate cooperative living in everything i do. By sharing, helping, and working AS a community with everyone around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by trying to use it. Unfortunately i move around too much (6 houses in one year) to be able to offer a couch for anyone, but i will always try to help out however i can. But for any couch that i can sleep, it is much much appreciated! I have slept in many of places and really, couches and mattresses are luxery to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Iv surfed on alot of couches, its how i got out of my parents house when i was 19 years old. My parents lived about 30 minutes out of town (thats driving) and i got rid of my car so in order for me to get to work and to school i would just stay in town on my friends couches or floors. This was in the winter so there wasn't any house up for rent, not until the spring. So for a couple months in the winter when i was 19 i just slept around where ever i could find a flat surface pretty much. Since then iv gotten my own houses with friends but iv traveled around the states quite a but just looking for friends who have floors or couches that i can crash on.

Interests

My interest are music and bikes. I listen to ALL music and i try to play all music. I ride bikes, fixed gear, to be exact. I was just recently added to the staff at fixedgeargallery.com. I am also vegan, been vegan for about 6 months now and iv been vegetarian for 10 years. Despite my rather specific eating habits i like to surround myself with GOOD FOOD!

I am very knowledgeable about bikes, you got a problem i can fix it. Iv never worked in a bike shop before though, surprisingly. But i have fixed and built bikes for a lot of people. But i have more knowledge than just about bikes, for me to be specific and pin point subjects that i know more about is very difficult for me. But if i am asked a question i will always answer it the best i can. If i am asked for help i will always help until the job is done and i will literally do anything for complete the task. I am always up for sharing my knowledge and I am always MORE than willing to learn. That is the number one reason why i live, to learn and to teach.
