ABOUT ME

My family name "Zsok" means joy, fun, dance, play. So take that and bring some couriosity and searching for deepness.
I am doing massage and movement therapy as a profession. I am working with a special movement called Bothmer Gymnastics. Massage is my favourite activity in my life, I can say it is a real profession and mission for me. To help people to find their own way out of pain, problems, and tiredness in a nice but deep way. In the movement theraphy we are working on space qualities. For a few yeras I am working with blind people as well. With an association we are organizing sport programs for them, such as running, gymanstics programs, and movement therapy. This year's summer program the theme was human body and architecture, this is why we built a small house (see my photo..)

As a second part of my life at the moment I am an organizer of an art school, called Way of Sun Free Art School. People can learn there painting, color studies, drawing, movement, etc...If you are interested: www.naputasok.hu

Before I have been working for an NGO called Foundation for Democratic Youth. I was a program leader / youth worker of a big program, which helped teenagers to do community/volunteer work. We did trainings, summer programs, gave grants to young people in order to develop their life skills and social sensitivity. More read: www.i-dia.org.

And I didn't talk about dance movement, travels, friends all over the world..... I should leave something for our personal discussions as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One year of living and traveling in Indonesia was a big adventure. We folowed a university course and travled a lot in Jawa, Bali and Sumatra. I have learnt a lot about differences, and the nature was amazing. After a year living with Indonesians I realized I will never undersatnd them, but I try and try... Maybe that is cultural understanding...
