ABOUT ME

Updating Updating Updating! I finally got around to telling you all that I now live in Los Angeles and finally have the space to host surfers again!

Alittle about me: I study traditional woodworking (4 yrs), Metal Fabrication and blacksmithing (1 yr but my favorite so far). And I work as a Art Director in Indie Film. I dappled in music management a few years back and prior to that I was a baker for a few years. I love my patio garden, music can change my mood in less then 5 seconds, and I love a good micro brew but tend to sick to Jack Daniels to preserve the family tradition. I do smoke cigarettes and wish I would quit for health reasons but I doubt I will anytime soon (but I do not smoke in the home or around children BIG no no in my mind).

I love life, I love couch surfing or more hosting couch surfers! There is nothing better then having the world knock on your front door.

PHILOSOPHY

Live as best you can within the boundaries you set for youself. For me I am demanded not to let any experience pass me by and to always make sure that what I do is in the best interest of the people around me.

I host a ton more then I surf. But I am taking my time to move up the couch surfing ladder and hope I grow with CS as much as CS grows over time!

I've hosted so many surfers from all around the globe! They all brought something to my life and I believe the ones in the future will add even more to my experiences!

Interests

Steel, Iron,Film, Wood, Art, Snowboarding, Jet Skiing, music, farmers markets, pushing myself to do things i wouldn't normally do, spontaneous acts of adventure, alittle mischief and as always who doesn't love food or a tasty beer shared with friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

OH Goodness the past 2 years have been an adventure! I have worked on tons of features, shorts and music videos! Which no matter how many I do still leave me amazed at what people can accomplish as a group in a short amount of time!
I am proud of my new work and focus and the glorious world of steel fabrication and blacksmithing! I never thought I would be able to make a bench that weighs 60 lbs out of a continuous piece of 1 1/2 bar by hand! And I never expected to get in shape doing something I love! And I above all I never thought I would enjoy standing next to a fire continuously for 8 hrs a day (before that I couldn't even stand the sun for more then a half hour).

I can't wait for this section to be filled with more then my fellow couch surfers can bare to read!
