PHILOSOPHY

My friend asked if i'd go to the botanical gardens one weekend to learn a little about Falun Gong from the practice site there. We went along and learnt the 5 gentle sets of exercizes that are similar to Tai Chi. The lady gave me a book, so that I could read a little more about the philiosophy... since then, i've found my world forever expanding as I grow in understanding the Fa, or what Doaist call the Dao(dow), the ways of nature. It's an amazing practice that i'd encourage anyone to find out a little more about it. www.falundafa.org... maybe I could show you the exercizes if we meet up.
