ABOUT ME

My name is Bjarki and I'm from the Faroe Islands, and I can tell you pretty much anything you want to know about the place as well :P

I'm open to pretty much anything, though due to a head injury I'm not so keen on partying any more or taking part in activities that are noisy or include a lot of people.

I love being outside in the nature doing whatever.

Not going to write all about me here, though will take way to long.

PHILOSOPHY

Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow.

Shit happens, but there is often nothing we can do about it, so just take it with a smile.

I live my life for the simple reason of getting new experiences and friends, and having a good time.

Hosting when at home and trying to surf when out traveling :P

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only good experiences here, hosted a few persons myself, and surfed a few places too, planning to get to know a lot of people around the world via this site :P it is awesome :P

Been surfing outside of this site though several times.
One instant it was with a complete stranger, I was sitting in the train somewhere in France, talking to a girl about all and everything, and I ended up sleeping on her and her's boyfriends floor in my sleeping bag (not really a couch, but hey), it proves it works also even if you don't have access to the net :P just be friendly to the people you meet and you will be successful.

兴趣

Chocolate, Vodka, good beer, Good music, food (I can cook too(at least I think I can, though pretty much only Faroes specialties which are a bit hard to do outside the Islands) enjoying life, being really laid back, improvising, doing things on impulse.
Reading a good book, enjoying a good film with some nice company, taking long walks (alone or with someone, I don´t care which one)
And I did I tell that I'm a devout chocaholic :P

I hate when this subject comes up, coz one day I will sitt down and just write every single film, book, and band I like down here, and that's gonna take like forever ;)

Sitting up all night and getting sun burnt at the same time :P
Saved peoples lives, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing them smile in the days afterward an accident.
