About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live each moment with inspiration and purpose, and to avoid taking these days for granted. To share love and gratitude with as many people as possible and to broaden the horizon of my mind
ABOUT ME
I am an adventurous and happy girl! I believe in fully experiencing each moment with appreciation, even if it is just sitting down to a meal. I spend as much time outdoors as possible and try to stay pretty active and healthy. I love getting to know people, and am excited to have discovered couch surfing as a means to do so while traveling. I like to be real and I like to goof off alot even if it is dorky. I am very attentive to my spiritual life and try to have a strong sense of self as I go. I tend to be a night owl, but recognize the value in a good nights rest, especially when there is work to be done the next day.

Music, Movies, and Books
Just shuffled the ipod and:...Paul Simon, Jeff Buckley, Manu Chao, Josh Ritter, Vampire Weekend, Bright Eyes, Tribe Called Quest, Iron and Wine, Joshua James, Brett Dennen, Gorillaz, Modest Mouse, Radiohead, The Cat Empire.
Books: I tend to read lots of Buddhist stuff because that is where I am at spiritually and I find them to be supportive. I also love to read Memoirs and Novels. My favorite books are those that help me to see things from a different perspective. Those that tell a story in such a way that I feel as though I am not reading, but actually part of the book.
Currently I am reading Walden, by Thoreau and listening to The Pillars of the Earth, by Ken Follett.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Kite-surfing these past couple of years has been such a huge blessing. . I am an addict to say the least. Also, visiting India and Peru. There is alot to be learned from those who have less than we do and are able to live through struggle with smiles still on their faces. I would not exchange these experiences for the world, and have truly been humbled by them.
Teach, Learn, Share
Things are quite simple if we allow them to be.
