I am a professional videographer and aspiring filmmaker currently driving from Canada to Central America. I travel with my wife (Sonia), which is also my creative partner (We work together on video projects).

About my personnality : I think I am possessed by a sharp sens of humour and unbridled curiosity. I am very adaptative and open minded; always ready for a new experience or an adventure, which I will certainly provoke from time to time. I was born with a bit of a rebelious nature and I am therefore inclined to resist authority. I love to think outside the box and defy the laws of traditions. I love art and culture in pretty much all of its forms. I also have a inclinations towards the extremes, I think that I find a general balance that way. As an example, I am a pretty decent party guy and would probably be the one last standing at the party, but I also take care of my health, eat well, meditate, stay active ... Another exemple, I really enjoy the compagny of people and have no problem living in the chaos of a 30 people shared house (Which I lived in) but I would also enjoy complete seclusion, in the middle of the woods, in a cabin, without electricity, in the Canadian winter (which I also did for 1 month and a half)

For my futur guests : I would be happy to cook one a my signature dish as part of the exchange :) !!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently living nomadic for a little while. The best part of travelling for me is the people that I meet in the journey. Couchsurfing can often lead to great encounters !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived alone for one month and a half in a secluded cabin in the mountain, in the winter in Canada, without electricity nor running water. It's been an awesome winter playing guitar, writting, reading, painting :)

I have travelled for two month in crutches, with no money, hitchhiking and sleeping under bridges in Slovakia and Hongaria.
