ABOUT ME

I love new experiences. I love to dance, to meet new people, see new places. I like to feel healthy, so i do yoga & eat vegetarian, but those are just my personal choices - others should do what works for them. We all have unique wisdom. Learning new things keeps us young, and it is fun to be young here on Earth! (I don't act my age!)

PHILOSOPHY

I am an eternal optimist. We make the world a better place when we believe in ourselves and in the goodness in everyone. I believe we can choose to be happy - and that is my choice, for sure!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Recently returned from an extended trip in France. Met so many great people. I hope to keep enjoying the good travelling - learning - exchanging energy now that i am home. I love Vancouver & am excited to share it with visitors.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach all of us to trust our own intuition, our own bodies, to feel good about ourselves and our lives... i endeavor to teach by example. I believe we are all doing our best every moment, and that is good enough.
