I am open-minded, with a positive attitude towards life and always up for a good laugh. I very much enjoy sharing stories, views and dreams, preferably over a nice beverage (I'm a major beer lover - I'm Czech!) or food. I am now pursuing my own big dream to travel the world - I have been on the move since January 2019 and loving every moment of it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I "surfed a couch" for the first time in August 2009 (wow, more than ten years ago!) and it was an amazing experience (thank you David <3). I am not looking for a free ho(s)tel, I am looking for a true local experience, cultural exchange and perhaps finding new friends! I try my best to be a respectful guest and a generous host.

Teach: Completely random words and useless phrases in Czech, Finnish and Swahili.
Learn: Anything and everything with particular interest in cooking.
