About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live and learn and do it as happily as possible. New cultures, places, people, food, art and music are what I am after.
ABOUT ME
I am a landscape architect but early in 2013 I resigned from my job to go off and explore the world!
I like doing things - I cant sit still for long as I am always occupied/distracted by something. I love meeting new people and learning about different things, but also love running and hiking to get away from things for a while. I love the outdoors, but I also love a good cafe to sit in and chat. Or a good footpath to sit on and drink beer.
PHILOSOPHY
The more you learn, the less you know...So, learn more, know less and be happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have had some great times couchsurfing since my sister and I got involved! Since then I have hosted some people in Melbourne and had great chats and hot cups of tea in my garden. I am now travelling again though and excited to meet new people along the way.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The first place I ever surfed at a few years ago was friendly and welcoming and a great introductory experience to couchsurfing. I went on to stay with some wonderful people during that trip around eastern Europe and had a really great time.
