HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am making myself a profile here now. Later I will find out more about this place and do my best to fit and build my part of this. Also, I have a couch-like bed thingy for visitors to sleep on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have spent very pleasant times visiting at friends of friends' places, and like to return the favour. I am therefor very happy to find this community!

Books: Heinlein, Asimov, Niven, Ingar Knudtsen, Øyvind Myhre, Elizabeth Moon, Neil Gaiman, Bing&Bringsværd. Robinson. For starters. Hm, that was authors, not books. What, all their books please? That is a very long list indeed. ;-)
Music: Untraditional heavy rock, folk metal. classical music. Folk songs. I have recently started listening to gothic electro, I love that happy, upbeat melancholy sound (no, really! They have a sweet mixture of sad joy)
Movies: I prefer funny stuff these years. Punslingers, artsy smartsy stuff, even silly funnies. Both movies that are mindbogglingly insane and inane, and stuff that gets me thinking hard and heavy. I prefer happy endings, as long as it is not the obvious hollywood-style sugary yicky ending.

Rode Tromsø-Denmark on my beautiful motorbike two summers ago. Got my driving licence only half a year earlier. This was my "Long Way Down".

I am very good with cats. I am also good at being creative with few ingredients involved. I'm almost helpless when I have every possibility available, but when I'm cut down to just a few thing I can create a wonderful meal, a lovely piece of art, a perfect cat toy, whatever... (me and McGyver both)
