About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling proves that eveyone else is wrong about the rest of the world.

ABOUT ME

I am seeking for the spark. The one for eternal happiness. Im at such a great point in my life.Independant and free to explore the world. CS has been teaching me the meaning of true happiness. Thank you to everyone Ive encountered through this experience, for all your inspirations and advice. Its the people that surround my life who have shaped me into the person I am.
Ive been so fortionate to get to see the world in two perspectives...my moms and my dads...two complete opposite people and ive got to live in both worlds :)
In simple terms; I am inspired by people to become beter within myself. I want to leave impacts on people.

PHILOSOPHY

In Grade 12, my last year of highschool my art assignment was to create a vessel, I had never worked with clay before so i didnt know what to expect...my teacher submitted my vessel into a competition...mine made the front cover, and this was my artist statement :)

“Mud and Sticks”

You begin and end your life in a vessel. You are born in the womb, the first vessel you encounter, and leave the earth in a coffin or kiln, the last vessel. The circle of life consists of so many emotions that are universal such as love, ambition, courage and fear. Society as a whole can feel feelings of insecurity and may feel not good enough.

This vessel to me represents my life and trying to find my place in the world seeing how it’s my last year in high school, I'm afraid and terrified to go out into the real world. The lesson my vessel taught me was that nature will take its course and that art kind of has a personality in itself. Just like life will take its course. You can’t force the paint not to drip in the kiln, you can’t force the clay to not crack if you drop it on the ground, and you can’t stop the new creativity from one simple mistake. Just like in life how you cant control love, you cant control beauty, or passions, and fear.

The hole in the vessel represents my true colors flowing out and giving a sneak preview of what I want to service for this world. I want to give and help so many people most people believe it’s impossible for one person to do. People say one in a million people fall in love and stay in love with that person for the rest of their life, well if it doesn’t mean anything to them, it means everything to me because I WILL be that one person.

I’m afraid of mud and sticks because its how nature plays its course, you cant change it, its just how the world cooperates. Society uses karma, luck, and instinct to blame their problems on however all it really is mother nature playing the game of life.

The opening at the top of the vessel represents finally letting go. Letting go of my biggest fear of being good enough for this world, and having an epiphany that I’ve done as much as I can for the world. You begin and end your life in a vessel, the middle is inevitable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Where do i even start? Couchsurfing has changed my life. It ties the world together. Ive had the amazing oppurtunity to travel around Europe and meet so many people while couchsurfing...I believe i have found the importance of it. Its that people need to stay a constance in your life...if you visit someone and meet them, make the effort to keep them in your life if its positive then the relationship is worth it. The best experiences have been going back to visit the people Ive met before!
All in All
Its not always about the destination, but about the people you meet along your journey.

Interests

I love People. How people can be so unrealistically beautiful and create such an ora around themslves. I love placing the peices together. I believe everyone has such a story to tell.
I love ART. I have a strong bonding passion for art, it has a personality in within itself, how its created and the relationship it forms with the artist.
Obviously Traveling.
Finding out myself through experiences with other cultures, ideals, and of course people.
