ABOUT ME

I'm a New Zealand person living in Melbourne Australia. I love hiking and reading. I like being alone sometimes and with others at other times :-)

I have lived with flatmates for years now (and sisters before that!) so I know all about respect for other people's time, belongings, space and values.

The periods in my life where I have been thrown into unfamiliar places and situations have been of great value to me.

I'm curious about people's everyday lives.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In my uni stints I hosted as often as I have been able - I count myself lucky to have become friends with the travellers who I have met. I have enjoyed helping people out with places to stay, local knowledge, food and potential jobs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed many meals, glasses of wine and albums with fellow couchsurfers. I have enjoyed both long and brief experiences- even a cup of coffee, a twenty minute conversation and a look at someone's travel pictures is worthwhile!
