CURRENT MISSION

Current mission is to get my own resort up and running and in doing so help the local community of Kudat and the surrounding villages with a ton of stuff that they need

ABOUT ME

I an originally from the UK but have been living in Sabah! this time for eight years! I have worked pretty hard to open a backpackers and did so in May 2011. Before the backpackers I hosted a whole load of people and really enjoyed their company , I am staying on Couch surfing in the hope that one day I might be able to get out and explore a bit myself and in doing so other people can see that I have lot of hosting experience a hopefully they would consider us for a place to stay with them.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is one big village !!
Life is what you make of it, get out there and enjoy it the more you enjoy the more you will live !! Everyday is a learning day

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just opened a backpackers and moved into a small house so hosting is not an option any more, however if any of you want to come and stay at Tampat Do Aman I am sure that you would love it and I will offer you the rate of RM 40 per night per person. We would love to see you up here but I am afraid that hosting for us is not an option anymore , we have a baby on the way and are getting our house ready for its arrival , but we would happily share our backpackers with you and I am sure that you would enjoy your time up here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a couch surfing virgin in the sense that I have never surfed at anyone elses house , I am not sure when I will be able to visit other peoples places , this is why I stay on Couch surfing, I have hosted a whole load of people and have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. I am not too sure of when I will be able to get out a surf myself ( with my wife too ) but would like to stay on here in case we do get time and can surf somewhere.
