About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm into trying new things (like couch-surfing) and I like challenges. I would call myself a liberal who was raised in a conservative family and community. hmmmm....I love all sorts of things-animals, especially horses and cats, being outdoors specifically to trail run, hike, ski, nature watch,etc...I love food and music and traveling...I love how inspired I feel especially after traveling to foreign countries...and I love people...and theres alot more that could go here but this is good for now.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life and make the most of what is at any given time...it's all part of the process...and remember that we create our own experience
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've participated in hosting quite a few great folks at the farm where I reside. I've only recently gotten out to travel myself and stay with couchsurfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've stayed with people in the northwest...super kind, hospitable people who provided a lovely couch-surfing experience. -I've hosted many different people from different backgrounds. I love getting to meet new people in the context of travelers...inviting someone into your space, hearing there story and sharing yours. For me it's like traveling while staying in hostels, but much more intimate. It's a really cool way to be in touch with all different folks and different strokes.
Interests
running, reading, music, people, grassroots projects, food, fun, riding horses, being around kids, environmental "stuff", travel, spiritual what could be considered new age stuff (spiritual psychology)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed Kilimanjaro and I thought it was amazing because I wasn't sure I'd make it...it was as much as I've thought about my own death (which isn't much at all)...but everyday is amazing in its own way, I just immediately thought of mountain climbing
