ABOUT ME
I like to spend time outdoors, ride my bike, and travel. I have more music than I will ever get around to listening to. When I talk with friends about politics or education it isn't uncommom for me to be told that I think too much or that I am a conspiracy theorist. Lately, I have developed an interest in Marxism.
PHILOSOPHY
Haven't figured that one out yet, but I'm working on it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Lately I have been listening to the Cold War Kids, A Silver Mt. Zion Revival Orchestra & The Tra-la-la Band, Sean Hayes, the Blue Scholars, Andrew Bird, and Mr. Lif. I have been chipping away at a stack of books by Howard Zinn, Paulo Freire, Donaldo Macedo, Bell Hooks, and Noam Chomsky. (A bit intimidating I must admit). I love documentaries, Baraka, the Corporation, King Corn, Manufacturing Consent: Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn: You Can't be Neutral, are a few I have seen recently. I also love foreign films, Almodóvar especially.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
