About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To destroy injustice, War, exploitation, fossil fuel use and bring Clean, green decentrlized energy to people living in cities suburbs and rural locales

ABOUT ME

Where to begin.
I'm a fun-loving person. My father monkeyed with my see-and-say when I was young, so the cow said quack and the dog meowed. Despite his attempts to thwart my development I turned out ok (and maybe even better). I enjoy reading, writing, Biking, Community organizing, making friends, giving, laughing, Stopping war and its machine, guerilla gardening I think of more I'll let you know. Let's see...

I began organizing with the Campus Antiwar Network (CAN) in Madison, WI. I helped and participated in an occupation of Senator Herb Kohl's office demanding a public discussion as to why he claimed to be an antiwar senator, yet voted to funded illegal occupations of two foreign countries. 3 others and myself helped Josh Gaines become the first Iraq War Vet to return his military service medals to the man who put him in the precarious position of fighting under the banners of justice and democracy while at the same time squashing these, donald rumsfeld. Out of this we began a public campaign to De-federalize the WI national Guard. Recently, I participated in the actions surrounding the Republican National Convention; on the first I threw down with CAN in secotr 6 and managed to stay liberated until the last day when I was mass aressted with 400 others on marion bridge. Currently, I'm organizing speakers and conferences with Rutgers Against the War (RAW) and working on a divestment campaign to make the school take all monies invested in war profiteers (haliburton, raytheon, L-3, and 9 others) out and put into different and morally sound companies.

PHILOSOPHY

The question isn't where are we going, it's where are we taking ourselves. We have but a short time on this planet, from sunrise to sunset, and the question: Am I really living? should always surface in our mind. And when we leave our affect on the world willl be over. did we really change it? That doesn't matter. Did we try to change it? now we're getting closer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to house whoever I can until I begin my travels, and when I finish the same will be true. But while I'm on the road, I want to utilize this resource to really create change throughout the world. I've been researching green energy and have found ways to create viable and affordable energy that will hopefully alleviate some strain on our planet and our brothers and sister of humanity. I intend to disseminate this info in hopes that my teaching it will push those who learn to teach others and thus destroy any dependence on a "grid", fossil fuels or energy companies in general. YAY!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only with friends. Unfortunately, I've recently called off my engagement due to my activist lifestyle and have been staying with a friend from organizing for nearly 2 months. I sleep on his floor and couldn't be happier. I don't need much more than place to lay my sleeping bag.
