Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Family, friends, friends of friends, and friends of friends of friends have slept on former couches or in former beds of mine, eaten in my kitchens, ridden in my car, shared my hotel rooms.. always a pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love anything with good energy. Hip hop, weird electronic stuff, hardcore, punk rock, classic rock, jazz, blues, anything with good lyrics or complicated beats, I love music.

Books - I am reading Lolita. Nabokov is an amazing writer. I can hardly stand it. I also like Milan Kundera, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Kurt Vonnegut, and Haruki Murakami.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Croatia I rented a sea kayak and paddled around for a day. I was alone, inexperienced, terrified, amazed

I'm handy in the kitchen (in an amateurish, eager-to-learn way -- though I do make a mean lasagna).
We can practice speaking French, Spanish, or English together
I'm willing to try anything once (and then one more time, just to make sure I have the right idea.. and then maybe one last time, just to be sure)
