I love to travel, but I never get very far. I run on a limited budget, but I make the most of it. I'm the master of the $1 bus ticket. Between a $1 bus ticket and a free place to crash, I've taken a ton of trips.

Almost all of my travels since moving to Montreal have been motivated by music - really, mostly by one band. I'm a bit of an obsessed Gogol Bordello fan, but I also love Tom Waits, The Clash, Neil Young, The Doors, and tons of local stuff. I'd love to swap stories about concerts.

I'm addicted to used book stores. I can't go in with any money or I'll walk out with none. I have piles and piles of books in my room, taunting me.

When I'm forced to pick a favourite, I choose One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - but Vonnegut's probably my favourite author. I have a summer reading list that I'm adding to and changing all the time.
