Cross the border into Canada and begin the next year of my life in Vancouver town!!!

ABOUT ME

I'm 24, just finished a 9 month stint traveling through Mexico and Central America, including visits to Coffee Plantations, Mayan Temples and more Volcanos than you can shake a Tortilla at. I am now days away from crossing the border into Canada in order to obtain a 1 year work visa, and begin the search for accommodation, work and friends.

I enjoy all things food, drink, out doors and travel, and i'm hoping this next year in Canada will open my mind and horizons on all fronts, as well as throwing some unexpected adventures my way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only have one surfing venture under my belt, and week long stay in Montevideo, Uruguay which was fantastic. I hoping now to meet new people through CS and when i'm in a position to do so, host people myself.

Waiting at the 'weigh-in' with 200 Salvadorian Coffee pickers after a day in the finca picking ripe coffee "cherries", enjoying the ambient of chatter and laughter, smelling the rich aromas of hard work, earth, and coffee.
