Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Till February 2010 I'm traveling in Oz so I'm enjoying the couchsurfing with surfing on all these cool places.
I loved to host (not sure though I can always host since I still live with my parents - yes, I have to move out, I know) and show the city when people want to visit Ghent, Belgium. It is such a nice city, especially during summer months when the city is one big party!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different kinds of music, but I'm not into techno, drum and bass, dance. The Editors, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters are always good.

I like realistic movies (Into the Wild, The Pianist,...), but 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' is my favorite of all time. Movies with Johnny Depp (you got to love mister D.) are always good.

TV serie: Little Britain ('yeah but no but yeah but'), Smack the Pony, some Belgian stuff ('Uit de Gloria', 'Het Eiland' - too funny!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Opened the door of our campervan and saw the sunrise over the lake. Sweet!
Relaxing at Moreton Island. Nice!
Met locals people during travelling and had crazy nights with.
Almost non stop partying for 10 days in Ghent, at the 'parties of Ghent' (each year in July - just AWESOME!)
