Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finding my true path, meeting super people, and enjoying the chances to grow wiser
ABOUT ME
I am a teacher, a healer, an adventurer, a foodie, a woodswoman, a writer, and a tree hugger. I love to sing and dance and laugh and eat- preferably in the woods with friends who feel like family. Cities are fun to visit- I love going to shows and open air markets, or going dancing at a club. My home is close to the natural world and I surround myself with healthy foods, live plants, animal friends, and a good dose of quiet. What are we going to laugh about together?
PHILOSOPHY
Seeing people as beautiful incarnations of spirits hungry for growth. Loving this incarnation. Helping, loving, exploring, learning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I open my home to travelers when I am home and hope to find places to surf.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had a lot of Couchsurfing attempts not work out so far, but I was able to help a family find a cabin in my area when they came up for their son to attend summer camp.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
jumped nude off a 60 foot cliff into the crystal clear blue Smith River in southern Oregon where red flowers serviced by hummingbirds bloomed on the cliff side in the warm sun.
Rode a motorcycle with my partner across the Brazilian outback to arrive at the 2009 World Social Forum.
Got stopped by beach police for sunbathing nude in Costa Rica.
Was a teaching assistant for a traveling College level experiential learning study abroad in Brazil. The focus was on Ecology and Natural Resource Management. I was responsible for making sure the students didn't kill each other or cause serious trauma, which was quite a feat given the group. It was a great trip and all of us, myself included, learned a lot.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know: Making fermented foods like keifer, pickles, saurkraut, kombucha, cooking vegan, cooking in general, medicinal herbs/ medicine making, traveling, ecology, some history, women's do-it-yourself health, butchering, gardening
I want to learn: cooking things you like, circus arts, motorcycle maintenance, advanced herbal medicine, Spanish and Portuguese, stories about your home and life, local ecology and history.
