ABOUT ME

I am a friendly and down-to-earth Brit. I lived and worked in Xiamen, China for a little under two years. This Autumn I am due to begin my masters in Sustainable development at Uppsala University. I love to travel and find staying in one place for a long time really difficult. My main interests include; music, watching films, reading books, meeting new people, tea parties, and going out with my friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't really been much of an active member in CS, I have been to a few meetings and met a few cool people, eventually when I get a couch of my own I would like to try hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had been a member of couchsurfing for around 3 years and never really used it much, however, since, I moved to Xiamen in 2011 I took part in a number of couchsurfing events and I have met a lot of really great couchsurfers.

兴趣

Sitting, standing, drinking, breathing, partying, travelling. I think that I have a very wide range of interests. I am willing to try most things. My favourite thing to do in the world is travelling, I love moving around, meeting new people and doing new things. Ultimately I find that the more people I meet the more open my mind becomes.

Books that I enjoy: the colour purple, a clockwork orange, the Hitch-hikers guide to the galaxy, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, One Flew Over the Cookoos Nest, Choke.

Music: my choices in music tend to be entirely based on mood and are so utterly eclectic that I have no idea where to begin.
