Currently WOOFING around the south of france, heading to Sete, then to Bordeaux then Toulouse. Anyone in those areas who wants to meet up let me know!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ive been surfing more than hosting lately as Ive been in travel mode for the past year. However Im settling down soon in Syracuse, NY and as soon as I get my couch through the door it is available for a weary traveler. In the meantime any couch surfers who are making a visit to NYC should write me, my hometime is a short train ride away in beautiful and peaceful Rhinebeck, NY - I would be happy to show you around..although it isnt hard as there is only one stoplight.
As a surfer, I'm a respectful house guest and I'm willing to share my cooking skills in exchange for a place to sleep.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a recent couchsurfer and it has been an absolutely fantastic way to connect with people in a new place. Everyone I've met has been warm, generous and of the same couchsurfing mentality. .

I'm not an official yoga teacher but I'm experienced enough to lead a beginner through asanas...or recommend some good poses to release some muscle tension. I have a lot of interest and knowledge about the musculoskeletal system.
