CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to live life day by day bringing smiles wherever I go and to travel around the world, to learn, experience, and meet amazing people everywhere!!! I just recently quit my job yet again to travel the world...it's been about 6 years since I have really traveled and I'm looking forward to doing a big trip before "settling" down, finding a house (to host lots of couchsurfers one day), having kids, you know the drill! So the time is now and I'm a bit nervous going out in the world this time mainly by myself, but I'm also very excited and very appreciative of all whom I meet along the way and that I was able to work so hard most of my life to save up for something so amazing as traveling! Excited to meet you all and get back into the couchsurfing world since most of the hosting I have done has been through word of mouth or random here and there. I've met up and tour guided some around Denver as well, but I'm happy to be fully back involved! :)

ABOUT ME

I have lived in about 12 different states in the USA and I also lived in Bordeaux, France for my third year of college "to study," but of course I mainly traveled!!!

I have been working on and off since I was 7 years old saving up money to pay for college and my travels that I would do one day and that I am still doing SINCE I AM ADDICTED AND JUST CAN'T STOP! Traveling is the best thing in the world!!!

I am very outgoing, fun to be around, I'm really easy going and flexible, I am willing to do almost anything, and I get along with ALL sorts of people. Each group of friends in the different states are different and I get along well with ALL of them and it's great! I'm a very happy person and I try to stay positive and especially now being in Europe and not living the CRAZY BUSY American life - so I'm finally living life and LOVING it! Most people think I am funny and SUPER smiley, so hopefully you will think the same as well UNLESS I am hungry...then you might want to feed me as fast as possible or just ignore me...haha

I am kind of simple when it comes to some things...like FOOD, it is the most important thing in life *after relationships of course) I love food so much and appreciate anyone who knows good food!!! :)

PHILOSOPHY

You have the power to make your life GREAT, so do it! Everything will ALWAYS work out and be alright, so there is no point in worrying about...although it is hard sometimes. Live life to it's fullest whenever you can because realistically it just isn't possible to do it every day. Life goes on. Things will come back around, but don't always depend on them or wait for them! Love! Try to be positive, but also remember that bad things in life are good as well. It means that you are living and you are taking risks, which can hurt but it is good to know the difference and not just float happily, but stagnant through life. LIVE!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have really only surfed but one of my roommates hosted people while I lived there. I was just so busy working that I didn't have a moment to actually fully host. Everytime after that my roommates did not agree with it, BUT soon I will start to host as well and I cannot wait! Couchsurfing is SUCH an amazing thing! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now been couchsurfing since December 2008 and I have stayed MANY places it's crazy! I always leave a reference with every single person I stay with...so however many references I have wrote are how many people I have stayed with! It's the best way to do things because you get to stay for free, stay with someone who knows the place and can tell you useful things, and you get to offer the same experience to them whenever they want it! It's a wonderful exchange! :) I love it!!!

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

The giving Tree, Pride and Prejudice, Siddartha, A walk to remember, Iron Man, Juno, Sex and the City, Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, literally everything!!! I love action movies, chick flicks, comedies, serious films, documentaries, foreign films, etc. and the same with Music! I literally listen to everything there are no buts, excepts, or nots... everything! And books, I enjoy but I feel like I would rather write the book of my life by living and experiencing...not by reading!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many things in life that are amazing and there are so many more to come...one day I will tell them all in a book hopefully...right now I stick with the typical journals and whatnot. I hope some of you can be part of more amazing things and experiences!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am really good at giving relationship advice. I am also a very good listener. And I am good at teaching most things that I know how to do...so you can ask me anything and I will try to teach you and it will usually work out!

I would just love to learn more about the world and other people's lives!
