ABOUT ME

I love being active all the time..be it anything..i like to experiment a lot..since i ve come from a small town..pune has shown me a lot and i intend to keep discovering new things in life..new hobbies, places, music etc. My first love is my subject and my work though. I wish to travel the world..but only when i have enough money in my pockets..lol

I believe its very difficult for someone to realize their potential..cause there is no ceiling to it..one's potential is always a step ahead of his achievements/successes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Till the time i ern enough money and even after..i would like to host people on couchsurfing and visit other places..my busy schedule would not necessarily allow that..but i am open to showing people around in the city..and travel outside whenevr i can find time..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am pretty new to couch surfing..i was first pinged by someone who had recently moved to Pune and wanted to see around..thats how i met the first person and she turned out to be the administrator of the city..so i got to know a lot about couchsurfing from her..it was a nice experience

My major interests are movies (i am a movie buff),i like reading(but only short pieces), music is something i am still experimenting on..i love playing table tennis and badminton and i like experimenting with food(i am a vegetarian so that doesnt give me much room to experiment though).quizzing..and cricket(cant imagine life without cricket..not so good at playing it)

Movies: Shawshank Redemption,Scent of a woman, Manhattan, Full Metal Jacket, Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, Clockwork Orange..and so on..i am a Stanley Kubrick fan..
Music: DIRE STRAITS (has to be my fav band of all time),The Doors,Nirvana, ABBA, Rolling Stones,started listening to Jazz, find ghazal's intriguing.
Books: Not much i ca talk about.Have read very few(as i said i like reading short pieces(magazines,Journals)

I really dont know..its a very realtive thing..i think i wil realize this only when i meet new people..that what i can offer to them..
As to what i want to learn is about different cultures..a thing or two about music would be nice..
