christine and emmett are in their mid 50's. we are people who have completely frittered their lives away. (pursuing degrees and employment) we enjoy the company of others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

enable others to come into our home and discover the idiosyncrasies of Pittsburgh.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

limited. 1.in 2004, a trip from pgh to kansas city on the craigslist rideshare. the driver had just bought a vehicle in New England on ebay and was driving to Denver. the driver was going through an emotional break-up with his current girlfriend.
2. in 2008 hosted Moe and PaleFace who were playing the Garfield Artworks and stayed with us on their national tour.
3. in 2006, hosted a woman from Philadelphia off of craigslist who was attending long distance graduate school in pittsburgh.

Interests

walking, thrift stores, music, restaurants, strip district, bicycling, fireplace, we have a canoe
Christine has travelled the bike trail from Pittsburgh to DC on a bike. Emmett followed in the car.
