About Me

ABOUT ME

My best friends would say that I travel a lot! It's true, I'm always on the move. These days my traveling has been a little more for work than pure pleasure, but I love what I do - so although it can be exhausting, I still enjoy it (I'm a jewelry artist and travel quite a bit for shows and for buying trips). I'm creative, LOVE.TO.LAUGH, and love to meet new people, especially those from far and wide. I love good food and thoroughly enjoy new culinary adventures. I ask a lot of questions. I love to go out to parties, go dancing, see music. I like to be surprised. I love learning about different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Share your bacon (or whatever you deem most precious to you).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I signed up back in 2008, I'm very much a newbie. Until now, I have always stayed with friends, and had friends stay with me. So I guess I've been couch surfing all this time, just not "officially" through this community.

Interests

Beyond a good trip to somewhere new (or somewhere I've been 10 times before), I love seeing/witnessing/participating in art. Creative expression in all of it's forms really does it for me. Dance. Photography. Gardening (yeah, I JUST realized that it is in fact an art). As a jewelry artist, I find myself surrounded by creatives, and by makers. I'm inspired by people that create with their hands, and aren't afraid to put it out into the world.

I love studying languages. I speak French, Hebrew, some spanish and have a splash of Arabic under my belt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 19 I went to Tibet and stayed at Everest Base Camp for 5 days by myself. That sounds like total bullshit as I write it. It's actually true.

Burning Man, 2009, 2010., 2012. Just "WoW".
