ABOUT ME

A multi-faceted jack of all trades, lover of a few. I am a musician (guitarist and drummer). I love to dance all night and ride my bike like the wind! Though I also love to wile away a sunny afternoon in a park with friends or a good book. I am entirely incapable of staying out of a body of clean fresh water-- lake river, ocean, cold, warm -- can't keep me out of it!

My appetite for meeting new and passionate people is insatiable.

PHILOSOPHY

Finding brotherhood in strangers is comforting and exhilarating-- depends on who I meet.

While I always aim for rich experiences anyway, if you get stuck, anything can be fun with the right person.

If you wait until the weekend, you can miss the best things to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfers are some of the most interesting, warm and welcoming people I have met. Mostly, I love to show my city to travelers, but have had many opportunities to have great experiences having others show me the place they call home. I look to host people who are interested in getting to know me and share as much in their requests for places to stay.

Interests

I brew my own beer. I love kitchen experiments and cooking. Climbing trees (you haven't seen Lake Michigan until you have been 85 feet in the air on a blanket of trees, watching the sunrise over the Baha'i Temple). Good live music, if it's amazing and local-- even better.
