About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Climbing and enjoying the life along the way.

ABOUT ME

Staying on the move and challenging myself to continue living that lifestyle. Combining work and play seems to be the philosophy I follow.
I like to be active and outdoors. Climbing is my main focus. Skiing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, etc are great too... It's all good, just as long as I'm outside. I don't do well in the office/computer world.
Love to learn and adapt to the different cultures I experience along the journey.

PHILOSOPHY

There is so much out there to see in the world, it overwhelms me how much there is to see and do and experience. Because of this, I'm usually thinking of my next move, or even two moves ahead, even though I'm usually doing something fun already. So a philosophy I'm working on right now is this: Live In the Moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

No modern country or pop music. Everything else is up for grabs but always love a local band playing live music.
I like movies(who doesn't) and really need to read more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kalalau Valley on the Na Pali coast, Kaua'i, Hawai'i. Big party on the beach with a beautiful backdrop and our own little burning man;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a degree in Environmental Conservation, so I can share knowledge about ecology, land management, and conservation. I can tell you about the flora and fauna of many western States, and the movements of elk herds in southwestern Wyoming. I spend a lot of time roaming the many natural wonders and climbing crags in the States.

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Argentina, Belgium, Belize, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Jamaica, Laos, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Thailand, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Viet Nam
