ABOUT ME
Fun loving English student studying in Adelaide till July. Taking the time to travel in the breaks and see the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm pretty new to this having just been introduced by a friend i'm traveling with, being eased into it i guess as I'm hanging around with her and the guy who's couch she's surfing on (typing this up on his computer actually lol), but am myself staying elsewhere.
Interests
I like to go skydiving on the weekends (or weekdays if they're open and I'm free ^^) although this is quite expensive, but who needs to eat right? which leaves my drinking nights during the week, usually tuesdays. I can happily talk for hours about books, films, the state of the world, history or anything remotely intriguing you care to talk about!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to movies and there is very little i won't sit thru (High school the musical *retch*) but i have a particular liking for gritty cult thrillers like The Usual Suspects, LA Confidential, Reservoir Dogs etc and things that make you think, like The Butterfly Effect.
When it comes to music i like mostly rock, which on nights out usually means live bands if i'm lucky, but more often just enough alcohol to enjoy whatever is on where my friends are :P
When it comes to books I'm a big Stephen King fan, but have been know to dabble in anything that I've heard good things about. Always a good way to pass the time when you're traveling from place to place :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My 2 week tour from Darwin down to Adelaide through the outback was incredible and i would recommend it to anyone, especially you Aussies, come on, how many of you have actually done it? thought so :P
