ABOUT ME

I just moved to Fort Collins to work for the USGS and start a PhD. I moved from Fairbanks, Alaska where I finished my master's degree December 2010. Thus ends one life and begins another! Before going to school I had the ideal itinerant life style, chasing birds in the Southwest US (Arizona and California), and brief stints in Washington, Guatemala, Mexico. I am jealous of all you that are traveling! My job is great, but it keeps me sedentary.
