ABOUT ME
Yo soy John. Soy Canadiense. Tengo 23 años. Cosas mas interesantes estan abajo.
PHILOSOPHY
If I have a personal philosophy, it is probably subconscious and I am not fully aware of it. I strive to be a person that acts for the good of all with an always peaceful mind. I am obviously not there yet, but the path is long and I feel I am at least pointed in the right direction.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, whilst traveling I obviously like to meet new couchsurfers through surfing. More than that even, in every conversation I have about "traveling" I bring up couchsurfing... lots are surfers, but it's still a funny concept for some people. :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed a few times, and they have each been unique and special experiences. I met people I never would have met otherwise, went to parties (casinos?), I would have never gone to otherwise, and really opened up to new experience. I haven't had much of a fixed address lately, but I really can't wait to host people and show them "my" little speck on this pale blue planet.
Interests
I´m interested in a lot, but lately I'm putting energy into vipassana meditation and yoga and how I can contribute to this thing we earthlings have going on. Cities are cool, but I also love nature and want "us" to find a balance with pachamama.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Everyday traveling is a new grand adventure. I learned a lot in university, but I like to think i've learned infinitely more from traveling. I found a waterfall with the help of a six year old boy in honduras. Everytime I cliffjump I am reminded of what LIFE is.
