ABOUT ME

28 years old, good with people, open minded (at least I think I am), interesting to talk to (again, at least I think I am) and always willing to meet interesting people.

I play chess and love everything related to it :)
I play and sometimes organize texas hold'em tournaments.
I enjoy an occasional game of League of Legends.
I'm a vegetarian but I'm cool with it if you're a meat eater... To each his own, right? :)
I smoke.... maybe I'll quit soon... who knows... (this is on my profile for 5 years now btw :P....)
My favorite colour is purple.
My favorite chess player is Mikhail Tal.
My favorite beverage is beer.
Ma favourite hard liquor is rakija (One of the finer things Croatia has to offer) :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a couple of parties so far :) Seonyeong Noh from South Korea, Ania from North Karolina / Poland, Nats, Tilly and Sophia from Scotland, Mixi from Netherlands, Yumi Choe from South Korea, Xi Chen and Qian Zhang from Beijing + many more; and a couple of people from Croatia as well. Learning about an entirely different culture is a whole lot different when you actually meet someone from there then when you just read about it somewhere. They were all wonderful people and I can only hope my future encounters on CouchSurfing go that well. I realized now that the world is full of great interesting people for you to meet and learn from. CouchSurfing FTW :)
