About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to pack as much adventure as I can whether it be in my classroom, via foot, bike, car, boat, or plane.
ABOUT ME
I am always down down to make good connections, either sharing a meal, during good ol' conversation, or in quick passing moments.
I love teaching more than I thought possible. My students keep me deeply engaged with the world, honest, on my toes, laughing, and growing.
I am interested in any type of adventure that involves a bike, large amounts of rock, boats, and planes, but equally interested in the adventure that comes from being at home in my beloved California.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in the general goodness of people. I love that couch surfing embraces this wholeheartedly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am open to hosting people on my couch. I live in what can best be described as a huge private living room within a larger apartment. You can have the couch or floor if you prefer the floor to the couch.
I have a ton of outdoor gear if you want to borrow anything to enjoy all CA has to offer.
I am happy to give people the lay of the land and write a list of "great" locations if there is interest.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't surfed yet but I am really excited to start surfing! Thanks to those of you who take a chance as my surfing network starts to sprout.
Interests
I am interested in a safe welcoming space. I can bring my own sleeping accoutrements. :)
