Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Joined CS over 10 years ago - looking to share my experiences with people from all over the world with a passion for life. i have hosted quite a number of people from all over the world, in both my homes in Kenya 🇰🇪 and Mumbai 🇮🇳 and have surfed too, and i honestly enjoy this experience:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a host; lots of coffee dates and touring around- temples, shopping, sightseeing, movies, cooking sessions, parties, house parties, dinners, dance sessions ,lots of people have stayed over,it has been life-changing.
As a surfer, I have met amazing souls that are my friends and i have realised how beautiful,friendly and kind people can be towards to strangers and since i am a part of this cycle, i must too contribute and be a part of this. its an amazing feeling to make a stranger feel at home and discover the world from the comfort of your home.

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS: Paulo Coelho, Jeffery Archer, currently working on writing my own!
Books on mythology,metaphysics and autobiographies really interest me.

Music- my current fav is Amy Winehouse, neo-soul, American and French jazz and alternative rock!

Most recently the documentaries -Out of Africa, The Wild Wild Country, and Amy.

Movies: 1917, The Aeronauts, most recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Bungee jumping!!!!
-My camping and hiking trips to random places decided in minutes
- Road tripped the garden route in South Africa 🇿🇦
-my working and traveling holiday all over the US were a life-changing experience, Vegas, Dallas and Oklahoma being the best.
-Road trips all over the US 🇺🇸 with my sister (2009)
-winning my pageants in Africa
-Vipassana meditation retreats.
-Acting in Bollywood 🍿 .
- Traveling with my brother in Singapore 🇸🇬 and Malaysia 🇲🇾 and 🇮🇳 and Oman 🇴🇲.
- Exploring Bangladesh 🇧🇩 the country and its refugee camps.
- ⛺️ in the desert 🏜 in Dubai (2021)
- doing this long road trip to Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California and exploring these places ( June 2022) in a RV.
