My mission is to combine my enthusiasm for a good cause with my love of travel!

ABOUT ME

I love to spend time with friends and family. I just moved back to my hometown of Raleigh, NC-- so I hope to add some new faces to that group!

New experiences are something that I always look forward to, especially if they include interesting conversation or spending time outdoors! Food is also a big part of my life. Cooking, eating, and growing the good stuff. I like beer and yoga too, y'all, so let me know if you're trying to dive into that scene here in Raleigh!

I am beginning a graduate program in communications and non-profit management this fall at NC State. As a student, I have some flexibility in spending time with couch surfers during their visit.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed throughout the US and Belize, and hosted several times as well. I continue to have really wonderful experiences meeting all kinds of people.

Interests

womens studies, great books, coffee, SPICY food, hiking, camping, gardening and yoga.

Also I have a fantastic dog and therefore love animals, and get-togethers with other pet owners.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I trekked to annapurna base camp in nepal and was surrounded by some of the highest mountains in the world. It was breathtaking! in more ways than one...
