I've been traveling on and off for 7 years now. Work a year, travel a year, repeat :) I recently returned to the USA after over 2 years abroad. I returned to the states, stopped in NYC, and decided to stay.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's awesome. It's been a lifesaver. I like staying with locals, getting to view the place thru a local's eyes and discover the best spots. It's the best way to really discover a place. I love sharing the time together... eating the local food... I'm happy to receive people into my space as well when I have them, I love being able to offer people the same kind of experience I enjoy receiving. Feeling familiar in a strange foreign land... that bit of help I can offer someone is amazing.
